The name and the renown of Dalloyau could have extinguished if Cyriaque Gavillon, himself descendant of a lineage of reputable pastry makers, had not literally fallen in love with the company.

In 1949 he decides to take up the business and, with the help of his wife Andrée, then of their son Michel, and daughter Nadine, he got down to work. Thanks to his energy, passion and creativity, Dalloyau became, over the years, the “rendez-vous” of the most demanding gourmets. Nadine Gavillon-Bernardé, his daughter, today the president, has set herself a new challenge : to make Dalloyau an international brand. A symbol of the French “art de vivre”.
